The office will open on March 1st 2012 at 8:30 a.m. for reservations.
Reservations are made by phone only, we do not take them by e mail or fax.
The information required to complete a reservation is listed below:

• Camper’s Name / Address / Phone Number / Number in Party / Length and Type of Unit / If there are any tip or slide outs / e mail address.
• If you are making reservations for a group, this information is required for each family camping upon reservation (we will not hold sites while we wait for people to call in with their information) or we will be unable to make the reservation.
• Payment is required for each reservation upon reservation.
• Please read below information regarding deposits, payment, our cancellation policy and much more.
• JUST A REMINDER THAT - While we do our very best to accommodate your requests we cannot guarantee specific sites.

How to make your Reservations:
Please call to book your site. (519) 475 – 4471 Embro. We do not take reservations via e-mail.

Deposits Required:
For reservations NOT on long weekends, we require a 1 nights stay plus a $10.00 non refundable reservation fee per reservation.
For reservations ON long weekends, we require payment in full for the 3 nights plus the $10.00 non refundable reservation fee per reservation.

Season Length:
May 1st to October 1st
Closed for Thanksgiving Weekend

Pool and Hot Tubs:
Open for the Season - June 15, 2012
Closes for the Season - September 9, 2012

Crafts and Activities:
Begin for the Season - May 19, 2012
End for the Season - September 3, 2012

Check In:
Check In Time is 3:00 p.m.
Check Out Time is 2:00 p.m.

Payment:
We accept Master Card, Visa, Cash or Interac (we do not accept cheques).

Minimum Stays:
Throughout the week and on weekends there is a 2 night minimum stay. On long weekends, there is a 3 night minimum stay.

Cancellation Policy:
On completion of your reservation, we will give you a cancellation date of 1 week before your date of arrival. If you cancel before that date, we will return to you your deposit less the reservation fee. If you cancel after that time frame, you will not receive a refund.

Requests:
We do accept requests when you make your reservations and will do our best to see that they are met BUT we cannot guarantee this.
